As of 11am, March 17th, 2020 for a public heath precaution due to Covid-19 (Coronavirus). We have decided to temporarily close down. It is definitely a tough decision to make, but we must be responsible and be part of the curve to stop the spread of the virus. We appreciate all of our guests who have supported us these past few weeks! Please keep watch on our social media in the coming days for updates. We will be back, don’t you worry!

EDIT: We are sold out on the 14th! We still have three tables of 2 and one table of 4 available for the 15th for our Valentine’s Day tasting menu!! We will be serving this menu on the 14th and 15th. $85 per person, $115 with wine pairing. Seatings from 6:00pm & 7:00pm. Please call, or email to book your seat. Spots are filling quickly!

I know these two will probably hate me for posting these photos, but! They are honestly the best. Coming to the end of this year, I have to give thanks to them. To @zacharystachyra for everything he has done, from helping since day one with all the fun and amazing meals that have been on our menu. To being that amazing person in the back with all the funny jokes and meme’s. He has helped more than anyone could ask for. To my awesome sister @lisabornino who has been there when... both Zach and I couldn’t do a service on our own. Yes that’s right, we do service with just the two of us. She has been there when we needed her. The hospitality industry might not be her career choice but she has picked up so well, she has evolved into an amazing server, it blows my mind away. Maple Smoked Mussels; smoked mussel liquor steeped with sunchoke flowers, preserved lemon, saffron and black garlic, tossed in malt vinegar and garnished with sage flowers

Mongolian Beef. We made a fun dish for @wellingtonbrewery using their County Brown Ale. Check the link in our bio for the recipe!

Dry Aged Guinea Fowl; bok choy that’s been gently cooked and wilted in rice vinegar, maple smoked shiitakes, fermented garlic crisps, a purée of braised lentils and fermented rice, with a sauce poured table side of soy and konbu.

Scallops & Pumpkin; rouge vif d'etampes pumpkin cooked in coconut milk reduced with lemongrass, black garlic, fish sauce and caramelized onion

Buffalo Blue Cheese Fried Chicken Sandwich. Pickles, Shredduce, American Cheese, Brioche. On till it’s gone!
