Some healthy snacking tips that will help with weight control : 1. Snack mindfully. Eat without any distractions ( no phone, no tv...) and pay attention to your satiety cues. Listen to your body !!! 2. Choose a combination of macronutrients (small amount of fat, protein, and high fibre carbs) to keep you satisfied longer. 3. Eat real food. Snacking can be as simple as a fruit and some raw nuts, greek yogurt and berries, hummus and carrot sticks. Many packaged snacks tend t...o be high in sugar, sodium and fats. 4. Always portion out your snack and avoid standing by the cupboard to eat! 5.
