Happy Friday Beauties, : My workout beauty glam is on. Time for a quick HIIT & Stretch @ellabakfitness : What does time mean to you? Time what it can do for you. How you spend your time determines your future.... : Time is something that everyone has but few of us make the most of it. Time is money. Time is even more than money. Time is life itself. @thisisbillgates may poses more money than you, @hilaryclinton__ may have more power than you @jlo may have more fame than you. But no one has more time than you. You must spend every sec of it. And, how you spend your time will largely determines where you’ll be in 5 years from now. The Trouble is not that people don’t have enough time. It is that they don’t do anything useful with it. For eg, social media has consumed a great deal of leisure time for most of us. There are all sorts of benefit to it but no reason not to balance it with more productive pursuits. : WE CAN DEVOTE A FEW HOURS TO STUDY & FOR SELF IMPROVEMENTS LIKE TAKING CARE OF OUR FITNESS & HEALTH. Similarly we don’t actually need to spend 3hrs of TV on a given night. If this is your habit ask yourself. Do I feel accomplished as I go to bed every night? Chances are the evening passed you. But, in reality you passed the evening fruitfully. The evening didn’t leave you behind some how. : Time is precious, being mindful of how you spend it is as important as life itself. : Alright beauty family, today’s post is a friendly reminder of Time. I have never been to Afghanistan but it has a beautiful culture, sadly loads of poor political issues has forced it to be where the country is now. . .
