This is a great example of meal prepping for the day with at least 6meals. This way your muscles are always fuelled preventing your from snacking non stop on random foods you may not want which also slows down your fitness goal (be it weight loss /muscle gain/ toning and firming) : This type of meal prep is simple, nutritious and delicious to get you to your fitness goal! : I look at a nutrition plan like a workout program. If your in the gym without a program and trying rand...om workouts mostly you’ll either get bored and give up (which I see often) or you’re not reaching your goal in a timely manner as you want to and may feel demotivated leading you in give up and get back on spiral motion. : When your meals are organized and prepped this will help you reach your fitness goal much efficiently.
