Next week starts the first session of 2021! We will be taking the COVID protocols with us into the new year so you MUST pre-register to guarantee your spot by calling Ella directly. Upon arrival enter through James St entrance and exit via MacLean St. Please wash your hands or sanitize upon entry. ** NEW ** Thanks to all the extra cleaning and sanitizing to meet the COVID protocols, a $5 fee will be added to your regular session amount to help cover the costs.

COVID PROTOCOLS AS DIRECTED BY THE PROVINCE >>There LIMITED SPOTS available per class so you MUST register for your preferred time slot by calling Ella directly 902 752 8029. >>The schedule has changed slightly to allow for proper cleaning between classes and to ensure proper capacity. **See schedule on page and in comments below.**... >>MASKS MUST BE WORN UNTIL YOU GET TO YOUR SPOT. So must be worn upon entrance and exiting as well as bathroom trips. >>You must enter via the James Street entrance as usual but will be exiting through the back entrance to MacLean St. >>Hand sanitizer will be available on your way in and out of the building. >>Please remove your footwear int he hall and take them and any other belongings with you to your spot. >>Social distancing will be expected. There will be outlined spots for you to place your mat and any belongings. >>No props will be used at this time and the program will be adjusted to accommodate this change. >>PLEASE STAY AT HOME IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK OR SHOWING ANY SIGNS OF COVID19! Please Note:** There can be no storing of mats and equipment at this time. If your mat is currently at the church it will be placed by the door for you to pick up on your first day. If you were registered and paid for the last session of yoga, Ella will be holding the last 5 weeks of the session starting Wednesday June 24th and will run through to July 30th.
