Ok, so this renovation was a little more than a simple facelift. This project also included a good sized addition to make this home much more functional, incorporating design elements and an overall look (and feel) that the homeowners wanted. Renovations are never a one size fits all...they should always be as unique as the homeowners they are designed for.

expansion | noun: the action of becoming larger or more extensive. Renovations come in all shapes and sizes, and over the years we've designed about 250 of them. This particular project will take a river front home we designed a few years ago and expand it into the vacant adjacent lot creating some exciting new spaces.
