@jonidavis1953 Tonight on the Menu: we spiced it up big time! Air fried drumsticks with a side of caramelized sweet potato (3 hours at 400f), and wine sautéed mushrooms and snow peas. Before you season... wash and pat dry your drumsticks well (this will guarantee your chicken with have a crispy skin). Start with a light coating of avocado oil and season up - I used 3 Kanel spices including Himalayan Pink Salt, pepper, paprika, cajun spice, garlic powder, Italian spices plus whatever else you love. Air fry at 400f for 25 minutes turning the drumsticks halfway. A final drizzle of maple syrup, if desired, will take this dish to another level. Enjoy!

@jonidavis1953 Tonight on the Menu Rack of lamb CHOPS... Slice single chops from a French Style rack. There are usually 8 singles per rack or 4 doubles...If you like your lamb chops thicker. Make a Dijon mustard shmeer by adding fresh chopped garlic, salt and pepper, oregano, rosemary plus any of your favourite spices to a few tablespoons of good quality Dijon. Schmeer one side only...and fry the chops on the shmeer side first in a hot fry pan with a small amount of olive o...r avocado oil. While those are cooking Schmeer the other side and flip to finish. This is what creates the crust. Serve with a side of air fried sweet potato rounds (400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes ( 10 minutes per side) and steamed asparagus and Brussels sprouts! These one bite beauties are so easy and delicious! See more
