Day 24 Fast jabs in a squat Tips: standing in a squat position, do fast jab punches alternating your arms
Day 23 Bridges legs together Tips: keep legs together as you lift bum, like you have a rope tied around your thighs, advanced add a weight on your thighs
Day 22 Crunches Tips: hands by your head, shoulders off floor, look at legs, chin to chest, advanced legs in tabletop or to ceiling
Day 21 Single or double leg drops Tips: on your back, legs to ceiling, beginners bend your knees and lower one leg, lift, then other leg, advanced lower/lift both legs, if back bothers you put hands under your bum
Day 20 Donkey kicks Tips: on all fours, think heel to bum, lift/lower leg, add challenge by adding weight behind the knee, or be on elbows
Veggie bean soup/stew. Use all the veggies in your fridge then add broth, water and spices. Dinner done.

I need to take a bit of a break in December for posting new workouts but I don't want to leave people hanging at this time of year either. Does your detox ever taste this good. A detox doesn’t have to taste gross or involve gimmicky products. It can be done through real foods that taste great. Today I’ve had a chai seed portage with cranberries, pecans, honey and cinnamon. Then for lunch I had cauliflower pizza. A great coconut/cherry drink for a snack and for dinner the best shepherds pie I’ve made. I made a meat one and a vegan one. The vegan was way better.
