This morning our crew is craning in the last of the 36 modules that will make up this affordable housing complex in Campbell River B.C. We are excited and thankful to have the opportunity to be a part of this great modular project!

Putting the final touches on this modular build in Kelowna. Really happy with the way this turned out. Thanks to our suppliers in Kelowna, and most importantly to our team for a safe and successful project!

Things are coming along nicely in Kelowna!

Our team is moving through this affordable housing project in Kelowna B.C. at a rapid pace. In just 10 days we have 30 modules craned into place, all interior/exterior structural connections completed, roof parapets framed and stairwells built. Next onto the siding!

Here’s a look at a natural gas project recently completed by EMC. On this project EMC was the prime contractor and completed the earthworks, formwork, and supplied/installed the buildings and canopies. Thanks to our contractors, suppliers and crew for another safe and successful project!
