Anxiety in young people. We need to expect it. If we assume anxiety and worry will show up, and normalize it, we can begin shrink it and subsequently decrease it. This might sound like: Good ol’ predictable worry, doesn’t know what will happen at school today, so it thinks you should stay home. I am not surprised, are you? ...
