During a 1-year Tarion inspection of this brand new. I discovered that this furnace is undersized by half!! Had this gone unchecked, the home owners would need a new furnace much sooner and experienced poor efficiency in the mean time. Look at the ice build up on this refrigerant line! This is not normal and can be caused by low refrigerant levels or a dirty condensing coil.
