Good morning! Keeping things in the realm of the fruit and nut loaf today. First up: An apple cider and toasted walnut rye loaf. A 30% rye loaf what we bumped up with an apple cider and cracked rye porridge. Topped off with a bunch of toasted walnuts.... next: we have an apricot and ancient grain loaf.
