As a result of the hard work and dedication that is always adhered to within the program we have developed, our instructors have taught its methods across the globe, including national teams in Germany, Czech Republic, and China, local Canadian teams such as Sun County Panthers and Belle River Jr. Canadiens, and high-ranked teams in USA including Honey Baked and Belle Tire. The methods are so successful that the Czech Republic Under 17 National team has incorporated them in their training. The result is an experience that no other program in the area can offer any student.

During my time as a skills coach, I have had the incredible opportunity to train the talented Lukas Reichel. This video is only a small glimpse of his outstanding abilities, and of his focus on becoming the absolute best athlete he can be. During my time in Germany, the Starbulls hired me to train their team, and it was one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had. Since then, Lukas has followed my program religiously, and it is amazing to see his hard work pay off. I am bey...ond honoured to have had the experience of training such an phenomenal player and to have been able to watch him grow into an NHL draft star. Synthetic ice can offer numerous advantages when it comes to training facilities & recreation benefits for elite and beginner athletes. Most obvious is the cost as compared to building a mechanically refrigerated surface. Not only will the initial capital cost be much less but the annual operating cost over the life of the surface will be minor in comparison mostly due to utility expenses and equipment maintenance. @_carsonwoodall showing 3 puck shooting drill

Our training program consists of 1-2 hour sessions which include tailored exercises for each athlete in our program, depending on their skill level and performance goals. Some of these exercises include: workouts using the VertiMax training system to maximize explosive leg power and vertical jump, as well as specialized core stabilization exercises. Our speed training sessions run each week, and we have availability for either 2, 3, or 4 day sessions every week.
