Some of you are probably wondering why I am posting a picture of breakfast on my business page... Let me explain. Today, as are most days, was jammed packed from the time I woke up at 6am and the day has just begun! 6am: Wake up time.... 6:45am: Rotary New Minas Sunrise meeting at The Church Brewing Co (obviously I am not going to miss a brewery tour and breakfast). 7:50am: Running out of the tour like a bat out of hell to get back to Kentville. 8am: Husband duties; drop off wife at NSCC Kingstec Campus for interviews that she is conducting. 8:20am: Drop Isla off at pre-primary as she is very excited to attend "pink shirt day" and Library Day, which means a bus pickup at 8:30am sharp. 8:30am: Back home with Rae (9 months old) who needs a change, bottle and a nap. 8:45am: FINALLY sit down to enjoy my.... Rae is crying and needs more food (a surprising amount of food fits in that tiny body). 8:55am: Alright, now I get to finally sit down and enjoy my wonderful traditional breakfast prepared for me by The Church (a little cooler than I had hoped due to all of the errands, but still delicious as ever). All of this before 9am, a crazy hectic life I've chosen, but I love it (fommy, daddy daycare, business owner) and I wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you Church Brewery, for preparing a delicious meal, always preparing great food, lovely music and awesome beer. I may not have a lot of down time in the run of a day, but I'm glad I got to enjoy that meal and your hospitality. It is a very much needed break. Sorry for ducking out before the end of the tour. What you folks are doing there keeps this craft beer hipster tickled fancy (and now I know I love Blood Orange). If you haven't been yet, head down to main street in Wolfville, check out Church Brewing, have a meal and enjoy a pint.
