So many emotions these past two weeks. Thankful to escape here officially done my Masters of Occupational Therapy and am sure going to miss my Grandma Kingdon who cheered me on the whole way. Bring on R&R at the lake for August Long.

Hey guys! I’m coming at you with my second Karma Barre! Hope you enjoy it! Technology was on my side today Note: in this video I added one more prop, a Pilates ball, not necessary however if you do have any type of dodgeball, inflatable ball, even a balloon, that works perfect- just make sure it is sort of deflated!
