Monday is going to be epic!

Two days into the conference and it's absolutely been lifechanging! It's hard to describe the level of activation and aliveness in my body that's coming from connecting with likeminded individuals from across the world! There are so many incredible presenters and I particularly love the 'coffee break' feature that allows me to connect in a small virtual space with random attendees. Yesterday I had a chance to debrief with other people (2 from UK, one from Isreal) after a real...ly intense presentation with Dr. Gabor Mate. It was so great to be able to talk with just a few people at a time because it created a safe and intimate space to come together. Such a cool feature of the conference! I'm completely geeking out over an upcoming session today...Alanis Morissette is hosting a talk with Richard Schwartz (Internal Family Systems, IFS) at 4pm Winnipeg time!!!!!!!! The conference is free and it's not too lake to register. I highly recommend it to everyone who is interested in embodiment, health, wellness, mindfulness, self exploration, trauma work, yoga, dance/movement therapy, music therapy, art therapy, QiGong etc etc etc! There are 1000 presenters and a quarter of a billion people attending! It'd divided into 10 different channels that you can explore at your leisure: Keynote, Coaching & Therapy, Dance & Creativity, Ecology & Research, Intimacy & Relationships, Leadership & Business, Martial & Healing Arts, Meditation & Breathwork, Movement & Anatomy, Trauma & Social Change, and Yoga. I'm so excited for this year's Embodiment Conference! I attended virtually last year and it was such an incredible experience. This year's line-up is fantastic! I'm most excited for the panels that are being hosted by Alanis Morissette!

I've had a longtime interest in learning about Brian's use of Heartbeat Recording in music therapy. I'm really looking forward to attending this webinar!
