For us, part of our family values is spending time outside together, building memories! This community has the all time best park just a few minutes away from the showhomes! Which is a big deal for us because we love taking E as often as we can! Not just that, but within walking distance there are soccer fields,... a baseball diamond and in the winter they even put out a great community skating rink! Nothing like small town vibes! The community is big on walking trails which I also love, and they have future plans to connect all their common areas - the parks, fields, communal gardens, etc - with these walking paths! Dreamy right!! But the best thing about Cochrane is how close it is to the mountains! We LOVE taking day trips so honestly living here would make day trips a breeze!
