Thanks to the 9 volunteers who braved the cold conditions yesterday, the EMCC community garden was winterized. The remaining plants were removed, compost was added to the beds, and the water tanks were emptied. See you in May!

This carrot family stayed together all summer long. Looks like they were bundling up to keep each other warm on these cold autumn nights!

We send lots of food TO Eden Food For Change but if you join in this fundraiser, they will be sending food BACK to you!

This week’s harvest getting dropped off at Eden Food For Change is the biggest this year. Beets, Swiss chard, yellow beans, cucumbers, peas, carrots, and some leeks and honeydew melons from Ayeesha. Thanks to Roman, Alyssa, Octavia, David, Samantha, Ayeesha, and Debora for the harvesting help!

Thanks to plot owners Andrea, Samantha, and Debora for getting up with the sun on Wednesday and picking LOTS of vegetables for Eden Food For Change! 5 big bags of beets, carrots, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers were donated.
