We are under wrap at Neu Manor. This project is undergoing a exterior fresh look with new decks, stucco and trims.

Cha-ching, cha-ching - Do we have your attention? ATB Financial, Boudreau Agency will soon be opening in The Shops at Boudreau in St. Albert. We are pleased to have worked on constructing this new agency.

This is the City of Edmontons, Kennedale Parks Operations Building. The material selection for this project was absolutely beautiful. This project is targeted for LEED Silver. Waste diversion achieved on this project was 92% diversion by mass.

We are very pleased with the "spiffy" appearance of the new clerestory glazing on the Mitchell ETS Garage. Goodbye barrel skylight, hello new clerestory glazing.

Emcee participated in our annual "meals that mend" at Ronald Mcdonald House on Saturday. If you would like to get involved in preparing a meal go to: www.rmhcna.org

Every little bit helps make a difference! On our Kennedale Parks project (targeted for LEED Silver), Emcee and the sub-trades recycled all empty drink containers instead of tossing them into the waste bin. We donated $100 to the Edmonton Food Bank at the end of the project. Although this is not a huge donation, it kept the bottles out of the landfill, and the money will help put food on the table.

Emcee is finishing up the third last building at Woodside Green. Two more to go!

After the demo of the stairs and dias, a new floor/pit was poured to accommodate the upcoming install of a new barrier-free lift at the law courts. The new custom teak millwork added to the hallway and lift space was a nice finishing touch. Well done everyone.

On Emcee Construction projects, we make our sites Beautiful. Kyle has been with Emcee Construction for 3 years. He is a 2nd year apprentice. Nice pose Kyle!

Canora Gardens site update: Scaffolding is setup and the building is wrapped. Window lift was scheduled for May 24th, which conveniently was also the date of the big windstorm. Due to the weather, the window lift was only able to occur for the first floor, while the rest of the windows were stored until the storm passed. Overall, the window delivery was a success as Emcee was safely and efficiently able to empty the trailers daily. This success was a result of good lines of communication between the Site Supervisor (Tim Witoshynski) and the window shipping department at All Weather Windows. Project Manager: Andrew Mitsopoulos

Canadian Diagnostics Centre: Breast Cancer Radiation Clinic is a phased project. We will be turning over phase one this weekend and starting on Phase two next week. This project is a renovation of the existing clinic, while still open to patients during construction. Project Manager: Geoff Richer Site Supervisor: Ryan Young

The scaffolding is set up to start the building envelope upgrade on our Canora Gardens site. Upgrade includes window and stucco replacement. Targeted completion date is Spring 2018.

The Oilers have made the second round of playoffs for the first time since the 2005/2006 season. The office celebrated by wearing their jerseys.
