With the digging season quickly approaching we would like to inform everyone that we will be operating through this pandemic. At Emerald Earthmoving Ent. safety is paramount, so to continue on we will be implementing a few new safety measures to ensure the safety of you, our customers and ourselves as well. 1. NO cash or cheque payment. We will be accepting e transfer and direct deposit as before but we have now added a credit card option as well. 2. All invoices and quotes... will be paperless and sent via email. We will NOT be sending invoices in the mail. 3. All jobsites will have disinfecting wipes, gloves, masks and each employee will have their own hand sanitizer to help control any viral spread into or out of your property. 4. We will be continually monitoring our own health to keep you safe, we ask you do the same for us. In this eerie time we would prefer if 99.9% of communication was done via the phone or email. This will apply for the jobsite as well. 5. All jobs will require a site drawing and/or a detailed phone call going over yard/jobsite layout prior to commencing. We realize this is an extra step for the customer, but the communical benefits will outweigh the work involved. 6. We will be carrying our own portable toilet from job to job. This in turn will be an added cost to the customer, but as with the above, the advatages outweigh the cost. We would like to thank everyone for their support over the years, and hopefully many more to come. Before people comment that we shouldnt be operating...imagine if your sewer backed up tomorrow...we would certainly be an essential service then wouldnt we.
