The Emerson Canada Day Committee has made the difficult decision to cancel our Canada Day events and celebrations for 2020 due to the covid pandemic. With the ...uncertainty of what is yet to come, we feel it is in the best interest for the safety and health of all. During these difficult and uncertain times, we do not wish to burden our sponsors and businesses with donations for the event. We are equally as saddened to not see this event happen in our community this year, an event that brings us all together to celebrate, an event our kids look forward to each year, but our hope is to return to our normal event in 2021. The Emerson Curling Club Board along side with the Depot, have been monitoring the Covid-19 pandemic in regards to our annual meeting schedule for Apirl 8 2020. We are postponing our Annual meeting. Congratulations to our open league champions the Josh Bueckert rink who defeated the Brian Remus rink in a thrilling extra end show down. Thank you to all our curlers and voulenteers for a great season. Our annual meeting will be on Wednesday April 8 supper at 6pm tickets available at Emerson Bigway.
