I am grateful for my abundant life I am grateful for my steady and devoted support system of family and friends I am grateful for the gorgeous province and city I live in I am grateful for my ever present desire and hunger to lean and grow ... I have to say, I can see why A LOT of people choose to stay put in their schedule and routine of a mundane life. Because let me tell you, striving for big goals and dreams is not for the faint of heart. I have been experiencing more peaks and valleys in my everyday life than ever before and it’s ripple effect has caused a lot of things to bubble to the surface that I’ve never had to deal with before. It may not be obvious to the external world, but things like anxiety, self-doubt, confusion, fear, and worry have been some big struggles for me over the last few months. But I’ve also never experienced more hope, GRATITUDE, love, excitement, friendship, growth, and alignment. So when those negative emotions sneak out of nowhere and I begin to feel all-consumed, like falling down a dark hole and I’m not sure if I’ll make it out this time, I turn to this: Stop. Breathe. Breathe some more. And focus on gratitude, focus on the good. Sometimes that’s all I can do, but it’s enough to talk myself off the ledge and re-focus on the bigger picture. So take a moment today; breathe; breathe some more; focus on what you’re grateful for; and remember that you are living proof that you have survived everything life has ever thrown at you, and you will continue to do so. This tribe . One of the most intimidating aspects of starting a new venture is the feeling of jumping into the unknown alone. . I had the best time at Diner En Blanc last night with my parents and co-workers. Such an amazing event with so many laughs, a gorgeous venue, and danced my shoes off (because 4 inch heels... enough said)! . Some of my most favourite nights are spent with my beautiful parents. This was one of my fave photos from the night, I love my dad to bits. He’s one of the hardest working guys I know, so it’s so nice to get to see him relax and have fun. . Can’t wait for Diner En Blanc 2020!

There’s something to be said about surrounding yourself with a good group of like-minded, goal-driven, soulful women! . In a society where women are encouraged to compare, judge, and tear down each other, it’s so refreshing to find a group of girls who do nothing but build each other up and cheer each other on! . One of my favourite things within the Affiliate Institute community, is that everyone looks out for everyone. We all want each other to succeed, we share what’s wo...rking well, help each other out when we’re stuck, and celebrate each other’s wins. .
