Jeffery and Laura are celebrating their 10 year anniversary next month and wanted to do something really special to capture this decade of love, by getting all dressed up, taking some photos and popping some champagne! We captured a few shots of the entire family, before heading into some adorable moments with these two love birds. Their sunset session was beautiful from start, to end!

Tonights sunset shoot was my last session before lockdown, and before I head out of town for the summer- more to come with their little story!

After a lot of thought, I've decided that anyone who has a gift certificate with me, is able to get their money back. With me going away from May-October this year, it cuts out a large portion of the year. I know having a certificate and not being able to use it, is heart breaking- so I'd like to give everyone the option to get their money back, so they're able to go to a different photographer that will be available. If you feel like this would work best for you and your family, please message me, and I will mark you off my certificate list and send you over an e-transfer (or we can meet up and I'll give you cash). First things first, let's obsess over little Penelope's chubby little cheeks!! So cute! Last fall I photographed Jessica, Brad and their two girls, but they decided they wanted some updated ones! When they first got there Kenzie told me that she wanted to make sure to get photos with the cows. The love for them was REAL. We made some special trips over to see them and I was told there might be a phone call in the future to come and visit again.

I loved photographing the Kirby's as part of my minis last weekend! I'd never had kids this young, and only meeting me for the first time, smile to easily, and I was pumped!! All i'd have to say was give me a big smile, and thats exactly what I got! Two little stud muffins, being raised by some incredible parents!

Cuteness overload!! My heart was so happy after their session, and again today, while I edited their sneak peaks, because I just cannot get over the connection between these two! The way Ben looked at Alyssa the entire time, completely melted my sappy heart. The two of them have been together for about 4 years; I'm super excited for all the adventures they'll have with each other in the years to come!

Sometimes you just "click" with people, and these two were just that! Tanya and Jamie were open to any kind of poses I had in mind, no matter how much snow we had to walk through; and at some points it was extremely deep! We had loads of fun, and I'm pumped for them to see all the great shots we got because of their adventures side!

Wow, it’s been a year!? Even with all that’s happened, this amazing community has still pulled through with keeping my business busy! We’ve had to cut the year short with lockdown, but that doesn’t mean I’m beyond grateful for all the smiling faces I got to work with this year! Here’s a snap shot of what 2020 consisted of!

The MacFarlanes were the last family of 2020 I'll be photographing. Because of the covid lock down (and how cute they are!), I decided to over share their session! Luckily with this mild weather we've been having, we were able to grab a few shots without the kiddos getting too cold- on their own property! They live in such a stunning location, it was hard to pick my favourite spots! Until 2021, stay safe!

I've become *that* pet mom Merry Christmas from me and my girl, Hazel! Sending all the warm wishes out to everyone even though tomorrow is going to look a little different! I hope everyone stays safe, and remember to remain grateful of the things we do still have!

The Duguay's got the first snow session of the year! Although there isn't much, if you look close enough you can see some white flakes in the background! The cold wind had us making it a quick session, but this crew took the weather on like champs!

Patti, Brandon and little man Eddy, took me on a small adventure to a beautiful location! We ran around (literally), capturing this stage of life for the Trotters. Side note: how beautiful are his eyes!! I couldn't get enough of them during the session! What a handsome little man!

About 90% of the time I tell families I want photos of just 'mom and dad' I get a looks of (or sometimes even told), "oh we don't need that". But I always insist! The reason behind this, is that 'mom and dad', started out with just the two of them before the kids came along. So, within the session I not only want capture their love for the kids, but additionally, each other! The original love that started it all!

Say hello to my adorable cousins- The Brockelbanks! As you had seen in my past post, we had some goofballs on our hands! Between silly faces we got some adorable smiles! These country cuties enjoyed the hayfield; with a few puddle jumps of course, with all this rain we've been having! Even though the fall colours are beautiful, I feel like the hayfield and mountains in the distance are some of my favs!

Let's make best friend photo shoots a more popular thing- they're so freak fun! This besties session included loads of laugher, wine sipping, butt bumping, and chatter of past stories. Their smiles clearly show how much these girls adore spending time with each other; we all need a friend who fills us with this amount of joy!

Apple doesn't fall far from the tree, does it Cameron ! Don't worry Brooke Jarrell , I got lots of smiles too!

Darcee and Maddie wanted to surprise their mom with some updated family photos; I hadn't taken any pictures of the entire group since before Kennedy was born! Although it was a full family session- the beautiful girls defiantly stole the show! Always love photographing this family!
