We use many different methods to teach songs to students, including visual cues, note letter names, finger numbers, and colour-coding. This student is very excited for the winter recital and has picked her favourite Christmas song to play!

Ready, set, go! This is lesson number two and this eager student can already play the C major scale and a few short songs. Through a combination of rote learning and sheet music, I am committed to teach you however YOU want to learn. Students will see progress and receive immediate gratification, learning new things every lesson and building confidence by returning to old favourites. I teach all ages and whether you want to play for fun, choose a genre, or follow the RCM curriculum, I will work with you to achieve your goals.
