Pajama yoga, what a way to start on this snowy morning!
It's a cookies and icecream kinda meal! I've had a long-standing negative relationship with sugar and I actually feel at a place now where I can enjoy the occasional treat and it not turn into a spiral of comfort eating! The feeling of eating sugar cause it tastes nice and eating it to comfort are totally different! Can anyone else relate?? Have you got a sweet tooth? What's your favorite sweet treat??
