She shared her philosophy "Parenting is like leadership" and we talked about her book "Family Business". Stephanie is a highly renowned business coach for individuals, business leaders and organizations in Germany. She is also an associate partner with HuntingHer Plus. For more than two decades, she has been a keynote speaker, a TV host as well as a moderator at conventions and conferences. Beatrix is also the founder of the Initiative for Women in Business at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. This initiative offers many different programs for women for various stages in life. One of the programs is the "Back to Work Digital" program for professional women who have been out of the paid workforce for an extended period of absence....
