Good news! Eminence is opening on June 12! Hopefully my masks that were shipped a month ago show up by then... As a client you’re welcome to wear a mask but it’s not mandatory. Reminder - I moved, but not far! When u pull up you’ll see my sign on the door to the left of the old entrance. You can’t miss it. There is a washroom right inside the entrance, please wash up before coming into the office.... Try to arrive no more than 5 minutes early to avoid congestion, until covid is gone. A bit of news today from the government of AB. Phase 2 will not begin until at least June 19. So unfortunately, no massage or osteopathy treatments before that date. That date is not confirmed yet however - it’s tentative based on data. Should hopefully know more soon, as phase one gets going. As soon as they confirm a date, I’ll let u all know! Hi everyone! Ugh I just deleted my other post somehow Anyways. Hope you’re all well. A couple things to share. First - Eminence has moved! I’ve been super busy (with help lol) sanding, painting, scrubbing, hauling in furniture, measuring for sinks etc. So now, instead of the room I rented in the back building, I now have the middle section of the building. The outdoor entrance is to the left of the old one, I’ll post pics.... This space includes 2 treatment rooms, a private waiting room, boot room, washroom and reception area. Lots more room for osteopathy when the time comes. I could not be happier to have this amazing spot to work out of! I’ll be renting the second room out, to a fantastic hypnotherapist. Second - I’ve opened up the June schedule for tentative appointments. They’re expecting massage to open in the first 2 weeks of June, if all goes well with phase 1. Book online on schedulicity through FB or the website, and if your appointment needs to move I’ll let u know. Fingers crossed things go well. Bunions anyone? Ugh! You probably know that I’m not a fan of high heels, because of the effects they have on the body. This type of footwear is best to wear only on occasion, if u must. Improper footwear (and poor arch support) is the biggest reason we end up with things like plantar fasciitis and pes planus. I love to chat about stuff like this, and I’m happy to do postural assessments on u anytime u come in.... Hey, at least covid-19 is giving (most of) our feet a much needed rest!

Hi everyone, Yay it’s May! Hope you’ve all been keeping well. Looks like massage is part of the 2nd phase of the relaunch - right now they don’t know when that is, besides being after May 14, but I’ll keep in touch as more info becomes available. Fingers crossed the Covid numbers stay under control. In the meantime, I’m busy studying osteopathy, learning new things about the body, and working on an awesome project for when Eminence reopens! Hoping you’re all doing ok and staying home until this passes. It’s like being in a horror movie isn’t it. Don’t forget to do some things u love, or try some new things! I’ve been plucking at my old acoustic guitar (which I suck at), and it always just makes me want to play the keyboard, (which I’m good at) lol Practicing my osteopathy on my family, looking forward to practicing on some of u!
