But the whole Bible commands us to "keep on loving each other as brothers" as a key to God preparing us for our future inheritance. Tomorrow (Aug. 2) will be our first day for masks to be mandatory at church. We've been pleased with how many people have worn them so far. I will end the service 20 minutes early tomorrow. Gideon seemed serious about God. But he didn't notice a very serious problem in his spiritual life. He had a blind spot, and some terrible idol worship was there in his life because of it.
