Our day-long workshops mainly involve art. Regardless of skill or experience, the act of making art has meditative qualities, offering both a connection to self and your own creativity. Art instructors and facilitators will provide lessons and guidance to participants of all skill levels. The workshop will allow for connection with yourself and others in a welcoming, positive environment. The second activity during the day retreat will include any one of the following: medi...tation, yoga, belly dancing, Reiki, life-coaching, energy-healing. A full, healthy lunch will be provided as well as snacks and all art supplies. Swimming will also be available for those who would like to partake.

Bedrooms available for weekend retreats: - One bedroom with one single-bed - Three bedrooms with two single-beds - Four rooms with one double-bed
