So cool! I always say to new and expectant parents that if you want to get stuff done baby wearing is the way to go. Especially in those early weeks when the only place they like to sleep is on you.

Yes! Pack a doula ;) They are an important and proven effective tool in labour.

Absolutely love this! There is more than one way to feed your baby. There are many reasons someone can’t or may choose not to breastfeed and we need to stop shaming parents who choose what works for them and their family.

Last week I supported my last birth for 2020. This couple was extraordinary together and this mama was a rockstar. So calm and focused. They were an amazing team. Such an honour for me to be a part of. Thank you Sam and Aaron for letting me be a part of your journey 2020 has been a hard year for birthing families and a hard year because of restrictions for doulas to support their clients. I hope and pray that things will change and that we will be seen as essential because we truly are for our clients.
