When your headlights fade, and the covers get hazzy they block light, this causes additional heat on the inside and can result in heat burn on the interior of the cover as shown. Our next project from Kittelson Farms! My little Jasmine stepped up to the plate this morning to keep those coffee breaks under control and jobs finished in a timely fashion!

Great news boys and girls!! We secured our new shop space! well be located directly next door in the old Tremcar building as of Oct. 1st! with improvements to lighting, work space, and improved wash water quality we hope to continue improving our services for years to come!

Originally booked in for a de-contamination and wax. unfortunately the oxidisation is far worse in some spots then others, and has become a full polish project. You wont win every battle. KW pulled in today for IESP with some fresh paint, a full aluminum chrome stainless and paint correction shell be ready to strut her stuff back to work!

All cleaned up, and ready for work! Vents were all right packed with dust and smoke residue thankfully we have some neat tools in to get into those otherwise impossible areas, like down the vent channels! The vinyl and rubber were all cleaned and reconditioned, the oils will absorb into the respective pieces over the next few days restoring the natural color and oils, adding a longer life with less risk of dry cracking that tends to plague things like rubber mats and dash panels over time!

Our plans took a bit of a detour yesterday, Stella Summers had attempted some paint chip repair and sanding, unfortunately things didn't quite go as planned. After some wet sanding, some additional chip repair, and a good cut/polish we were able to bring it back better then new, prevent rusting, and restore the pride in a car that means so much to her! Thanks again Stella you are a true pleasure to work with!

I Absolutely LOVE the way red enamel comes up!

Gotta admit i knew it was bad but didnt think it was that bad. when removing/minimizing scratches heat is your worst enemy. to hot you can burn or warp the clear coat, or even de-laminate the paint. after about 2 hours and multiple passes we finally got to 90+% scratch removal on this half of the drivers door.... shes gonna be a beauty when shes done!

Got a new phone, something with a far better camera! Unfortunately that also came with losing pictures of the last couple projects. We're all moved into the new shop, at 216 20th ave South Weyburn (Old Tremcar building)... Here's some of what we have going on! Paint on the cab of this 92 IH for our friends at Farr Air. Finally finishing this camper for Rob Matlatt so he can pick that up Monday!! Some pictures of the paint from the Bandit boys truck we finished up Monday (unfortunately lost the rest ) And some fuel tanks for Jason and the boys at RedHawlk! Along with some rims for Foxtail.

With the acquisition of the new shop space and vastly improved water quality we will be taking a more serious approach to interior detailing! In the past we used acid to clean up checkerplate, now we have surface prep wheels that work amazingly well for taking off grime, burrs, damaged areas ect, making them far superior to an acid wash prior to polish! they also work great for taking down welds on moose bumpers, repaired fuel tanks and other such hard to sand situations!

Forgot some pictures but its been a busy few weeks! Full scratch removal and paint correction with Rivivify Pro ceramic coating coming in monday for Bruce Hardy! Regularly we get asked "how long does that take" alltho we have some good base lines and experience to work with, polishing is an art, you cant just do X and get Y result. sometimes things work out as planned sometimes you think your done and boom back to square 1. The honest answer is "i dont know it should take (insert time)"

Nailed it, Cody and his crew were able to pickup the trailer early this morning. some fuel tanks to handle today and due to a cancelation were going to enjoy a couple much needed days off, then hit the Prairie Boys wash truck this weekend, and some petes for Kyle all the way from Manitoba after that!

Due to some issues with previous Ceramic coating producers/suppliers (coating not lasting as long as it should in our sandblasting style of wind and sand in saskatchewan) and their refusal to hold true to their product weve switched suppliers to a canadian based distributer. In our continued efforts to provide the best products, with the best pricing and the best service we are now an approved Revivify Canada coating installer! these coating do however come with a heavier pr...ice tag. (starting at $599 for small/mid sized vehicles up to $850 on larger trucks and SUVs for their warrentied 2 year coatings with 5 year coatings also available.) Its my belief that these coatings and their self healing properties will be far superior to our previous products given our relentless weather conditions!

Nailed it! Work called you in early? No Problem!

This is a single stage medium cut/polish. A single stage paint polish, when done correctly will remove most surface scratching. While its not practical to remove "all" scratches knowing what compound/polish, and pad to use can not only massively reduce your work time, but also improve the quality of the shine!

I was aiming to post some sweet pics of a pretty little red thing, but we lost power, so here she is in the nightlight! Time to clean her up and it looks like we get on to the paint in the morning!
