Spring has sprung, so our Empire Niagara U15 Girls headed to the beach! The sand provided the perfect resistance for their plyometric and agility exercises. It was a fun, productive day at the beach!!

Our Empire Niagara U18 Showcase girls are back on the field and are hard at work! Besides incredible talent, these girls all possess dedication, perseverance, motivation and passion for the game! Empire players keep getting stronger each and every day!!

On a ‘non-field’ training day, the Empire Niagara U17 Boys Showcase Team were back in the zoom classroom to discuss tactics, specifically defensive set pieces. Empire Niagara builds both strong minds and bodies!

Yes, Empire Niagara is back on the pitch, but the health and wellness of our players always remains our priority! So, this week, Coach Tuukka led our U15 girls in a rehabilitation and strengthening zoom session in between our on-field training days. Empire Niagara is getting stronger safely!
