The comfort and safety of our team and Empire guests is vital. Due to safety measures established in our space, we have had 4500 guests and 0 cases or transmissions of Covid-19. What we are doing is working & we want to keep it that way.... However, as Covid-19 infections are increasing in the community, our Covid-19 safety measures are evolving. The risk of removing masks for services in the salon and barbershop is too risky at this time and masks will be mandatory at all times during this period. With this in mind, our barbering team will provide education, direction and set-up with the proper tools (at cost) so beard trims can be turned into a successful, self-care ritual in your home. If you need guidance for this, book a complimentary consultation with one of our team. Empire will also provide custom home color kits for those who are unable to wear a mask in the salon. We will provide a face-shield while seated & will require a mask to be worn anywhere outside of seating of the styling station. Spa services will continue in private, behind closed doors. As a team we have made a pact to keep us all safe. Our team has agreed should they have any Covid-19 symptoms; they will stay home, self-isolate & require a negative test result before they can return to work. We know this is for the best. This has posed many challenges to our staffing levels and we want to commend our guest services team for taking on this challenge.
