Recent successes: Represented husband and wife in Tax Court of Canada in October 2019. They both owed just under $40k each as a result of an audit. The judge was unable to preside over a formal hearing that day, and suggested that we and crown counsel try to mediate and come to an agreement which he offered to preside over. I was able to successfully negotiate an 85% reduction to my clients' assessments.

Recent successes: Represented client who had been assessed over $20k + in penalty and interest charges alone. He had been denied any type of relief by CRA on three previous occasions. We successfully recovered the entire amount for him.
