Are you afraid to follow your intuition? Inspiration comes from the Divine, from Infinite Intelligence, from our Higher Self. Inspiration is a form of inuition.... Actually, if we have a moment of thinking, " Hmmm, this might be good for me," that is the universe answering a prayer and providing a solution to something we have asked for. When we resist that knowing, that inspiration, we do so through fear and conditioning. This happens in our mind. The only resources our mind has access to is what it has learned, so basically, an accumulation of past experiences. When we base our decisions on what our ego or our mind is telling us, we are reliving our past in some form. If you are seeking something new, a transformation from confusion, anger, frustration, burn-out, overwhelm, or being on the fence getting nowhere INTO love, peace, well-being, wholeness, fulfillment, self-worth, then you MUST listen to your inspirations. Breathe into it every time you hear a little message: "This might be good for you." Breathe into that and notice how good it feels to sit with it. Daydream in that space. And then take action. Take action before your lizard brain gets back on the line and convinces you to relive your past again using its fear tactics and berating your ability to have the life of your dreams: "not YOU, possibly," it might say. Take action before your MIND steps in with its list of reasons based on your past. Because the cost of staying where you are if you are anything but delighted with your life IS FAR TOO DEAR!
