Is it YOUR time?

If our kids are raised with praise they grow up feeling confident, if they hear constant criticism they grow up very insecure. Study yourself, find a mentor and you’ll explore the reasons you believe things and you can find awareness to change what isn’t serving you anymore! We all have within us, the power to change the image we have about ourselves and we can do anything that our marvellous minds are capable of...and our minds are capable of anything! #capable #youcandoa...nything #mindset #belief There is NO END to the growth we deserve to experience. We are never too old! I’m so excited to bring such a life changing experience to a group of amazing humans starting tomorrow. Our mindset and our belief is everything and we all have the power to change it if it isn’t empowering us!

Courage doesn’t always look the same to all of us. Sometimes it can be as subtle as using that voice inside you, to let others know where you stand. Hiding our voice can become a survival mechanism to fit in, not be too different. Something that I keep learning through so much growth (including painful growth) is that when I keep trying to fit in, I didn’t belong there in the first place. Have the courage to stand in your truth and to be yourself, even if you no longer fit ...in. Being authentically you, doesn’t require anything but a bit of courage! #courage #empoweredfamilies

When Cam and I decided to become parents, we made a commitment to raise them to be healthy (in mind and body), considerate, self-confident individuals and to be aware of the things that are not good for them. Using their voice is something I want them to be able to do no matter what age and no matter what circumstance. Sometimes we are programed to believe certain things or we don't know we have the freedom to speak our truth and I want them to be able to decide what is righ...t for them as they continue to grow into adults someday. Sadly so many of us (adults) have learned to silence our voices in order to keep the peace. This is no longer serving us...and when the next generation is learning and growing, it is our job as parents to create change if change is required. We must be able to DO the things we want our children to be able to do, not only speak about it. It isn't always easy!
