This bleed I can feel that I am naturally releasing: . The need to be included or recognized by those I do not truly resonate with. . The all/nothing beliefs around business --> ie. I can choose to do ONLY the things that bring me joy (and these things are becoming more & more specific!)... . My attachment to the identity of "sexual empowerment coach" and other variations of coach/teacher (this one has been falling away progressively for a while!) . The urge to "compete" with other leaders & businesses --> We all carry our own frequency and this knowing is settling even deeper into my body . Needing to prove or "earn" things (love, attention, value, worth...) . Although sometimes intense, I am grateful for how the menstrual cycle can catalyze these beautiful & empowering shifts! . One of the biggest shifts in how I experience my sexuality alone & with others, from years ago to now, has been the transition from pushing or forcing my body towards pleasure --> to *listening* . Listening deeply to my body and allowing her to direct me. . Attuning to the subtle energies and seeing how life (sexual energy) wants to move through me.... . I have learned that trusting & following this intelligence often takes me to far more profound places than pushing my own agenda... . This listening looks like: . Noticing where there is resistance, and rather than pushing through it, simply honouring it. Letting it be & trusting it. . Noticing where there is longing and following the invitation to go deeper. . Noticing where there is contraction and simply giving it presence, safety, & acceptance. . The bigger the expansion, the bigger the contraction that will follow. It’s the natural law that contraction follows expansion. Good to remember this so that when you experience shame or other uncomfortable feelings after a breakthrough - you can understand it to be a natural part of the growth process. Also this reminds us to take time to integrate, even after seemingly small expansions. It’s not always helpful to *push* into more intensity & growth, and in fact this can... be counterproductive to healing, particularly when it comes to working with trauma. .
