Looking to challange your front squats? Give the chaos goblet squat a try! This full body exercise will challenge your strength stability and body awareness as you fight to keep your feet grounded. ... Place your feet slightly forwards on the BOSU. Hold the bell close to your body under your chin. Maintain your 3 point spinal alignment. Brace your abdomen as you descend. Exhale as you come up. Think "active feet" throughout the squat. Please be cautious as the band can pull the bosu up off the floor if you lose your balance. You can easily progress or regress the movement by changing the resistance of the band or the weight of the bell.
