Empowerment Mapping

I do a lot of work personally and with clients around trauma and how neurology can keep us in a fear and safety loop. This really stood out to me....allowing my body to feel safe to receive what I desire. It never would have occurred to me that I would not be open to "good' things but the more I sit with this I find this to be true. Wondering what are things that you do that would reinforce your body feeling safe to receive...?

It's amazing how much energy we put in to denying or ignoring some life lessons. From my experience it takes way less energy to actually just get to the bottom of what's really going on. Of course I do have my own blinder or two...

Truth! This is why boundaries are so important.

Goes back to the 'why'...has to be the driving force to move forward and make changes.
