There are 5 sleeping stages which each of which is essential and leads us to the following stage to complete a cycle.... I'm often restless and find it difficult to fall asleep when I go to bed I've medication alcohol to help me go to sleep I need complete silence to sleep any noise will prevent me from relaxing.
