Please review the latest BC Government announcements outlined today, March 29, 2021 on COVID-19 Restrictions. Please note, nothing has changed on the BC Government's policy on travel since November 19, 2020. The BC Government maintains the pre-existing non essential travel advisory. "Indoor gatherings. No indoor social gatherings of any size at your residence with anyone other than your household or, if you live alone, your core bubble. For example: Do not invite friends or extended family inside your residence or vacation accommodation. Do not host a party or event inside your house"

We are looking for individuals with high energy and a strong focus on customer service and more specifically be able to manage our cleaning and property readiness side of the business. Successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring cleaners are scheduled for cleaning, ensure the properties are stocked for guests stays, respond to maintenance issues, provide property and inventory inspections, hiring cleaners as needed seasonally. Since our team is multitasking position...s other duties are outlined below. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Greets, registers, welcomes guests to properties. Handles confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity. Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests and complaints. Answers and routes calls as appropriate; takes guest messages with accuracy Maintains accurate records Answers inquiries pertaining to services, registration of guests, and travel directions. Records pertinent guest information Ensures common office areas are clean Preferred experience with sales experience Taking online / telephone and lead generated bookings for guests and ensuring property is best suited to guest needs. Provide cleaning and greeting/guest coordination Have a strong eye for detail for property readiness QUALIFICATION Preferably has experience in resort services including but not limited to cleaning, guest services, and general customer service. Grade 12 diploma or higher. Super Host certificate is a plus Must be technological proficient with computers, apps, and productivity software. Must be available to work weekends and evenings. Must be available for possible after hours situations. Must have their own mobile phone and vehicle (Employer will provide T2200 forms for CRA taxation purposes). Must be able to multi-task. Able to be a problem solver. Thrives in a busy work environment. Must be a team player. Able to begin work immediately.
