Stressful midterms? Join Kat for a morning Slow Flow yoga class - we'll start the practice with a short meditation then begin to wake the body up with some gentle movements. We'll use the breath to move through some flowing postures and finish feeling energised and ready for the day ahead.... The class is suitable for beginners and modifications will be given. This is a live yoga class on Thuraday, March11, at 7 AM est. Kat is a Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer and Wellness Professional originally from the UK but now living in Thailand. Kat’s teachings come from a place of self-care, encouraging her students to work within the limitations of their own body and not to compare their journey with that of others. Her classes have a focus on nourishing movements that feel good for the mind and body. She helps people to build a consistent practice and the confidence to practice yoga on their own. She also holds monthly workshops focused around self-care and incorporating yoga, and all that it encompasses, into your everyday life.
