With homelessness reaching an all time high in Montreal, some spent the holidays alone, with limited access to food and shelter. In a given year, over 200,000 Canadians experience homelessness and over 3000 of these people are located in Montreal. Over the holidays, Project Foster partnered with Christmas with the Homlies and Frank-Olivier Berce to feed the homeless in Montreal. Together, we were able to feed 80 people who have limited access to food and shelter, with some in desperate need of help.

We mix it with sautéed leek, parsnip and celery, and sprinkle with fresh herbs and spices to add the perfect finishing touch.
