Getting High on Light! Meditation is a skill that not everyone can achieve, I know myself, I used to have difficulty shutting down monkey mind, block out the world around me, relax, and let everything go. But then I came across something that was just wild and crazy! After trying it just once, I felt kinda high and yet so relaxed. It was a light invented by Psychologist Dr. Engelbert Winkler and neurologist Dr. Dirk Proeckl the Lucia No.3 hypnagogic lamp.
