Encore Entertainment stands heartbroken in solidarity with our friends in the Black Community. We must do better. We must look inside and see how we can better educate, support and activate in standing up for justice, liberty, and the dismantling of racism. We do not have one black actor on the Encore roster at the moment and I am determined to change that.
