We have another request for one of our small butterfly boards so I thought I'd show some of the process to get to the final glue up. During the final glue up an end grain walnut frame will be added. It is very important that end grain boards are 100% end grain. Otherwise the board could fail over time due to expansion in didderent grain directions. 100% end grain boards can last decades!
