Day 21/50 - longest row complete. Kept the effort easy purposefully. This 50 day journey is all about consistency. Consistency comes from answering the question What can I do today that will allow me to show up tomorrow and do what needs to be done with strength and purpose? A strong fitness foundation is built from doing mostly easy to moderate efforts over time with a sprinkle of hard work/intensity occasionally (mostly from strength work).
