Due to Covid-19, however, that's obviously changed our ability to host any in-person events. That being said, we still want to help you move your used gear!... If you have a used Road/Tri/Gravel bike, and, you're looking at selling it, please follow these steps: Book an appointment on our website & indicate the model of bike that you will be bringing in Gentle reminder: Appointments are required for any visits to our store, including; service pickup/drop-offs and curbside-sales pickups. Bring in your bike & after confirming that it meets our criteria (i.e. is it a road/tri/gravel bike?), you'll be asked to leave it with us. Please be advised that we won't be accepting any of the following types of bikes: city bikes, hybrids, cycle-cross, mountain bikes, tandem bikes, BMX bikes, fat bikes, low riders, wooden bikes, recumbent bikes, folding bikes, unicycles, and tricycles. ) Our bike expert will assess the condition of your bike, and, we’re interested in it, we will make you an offer to buy it outright from you. The wonderful thing about cycling is that everyone has their own unique story. April is Cancer Awareness month & we have an inspiring story to share with you today. @larabrown7 is an avid triathlete & was kind enough to send us this lovely picture & told us about how she got into cycling:... In June 2016 I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. As a marathoner I would always ask when or if I could run before or after treatments. It wasn’t until I met my radiologist, who told me that I probably shouldn’t just walk, that everything changed. I left her office and decided I was going to do an Ironman. A few weeks later I walked into Enduro Sport and purchased my first bike. 14 months after being diagnosed with cancer I completed my first half Ironman and 16 months after I was diagnosed on October 7th, 2017 I finished my First full @ironmantri in Maryland. I haven’t looked back. I have completed two half (Michigan and Muskoka) two full (Maryland and Italy). In my spare time I also serve as the Co-Vice chair of the Northern Pass Ride for the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation. Thank you for sharing your inspirational story with us Lara!
