Good afternoon everyone and happy Sunday! . We are taking this opportunity to gently remind all members that all red zone policies are in effect here at Energy Fitness. . This meaning: ... - Masks are required at all times when inside and walking around the club. - No change rooms or lockers are available, washrooms are open. - We have two areas of the gym that can be booked in advance on the MINDBODY app. Please only one booking per person per day. - Machines must be sprayed and wiped down before and after use. - Members are only allowed to use ONE machine at a time! No supersets that require multiple machines at once. - Also social distancing from other members is required. As we are still navigating our way through these difficult times, we are doing what we can to keep all our members and staff safe. Thank you for your corporation and understanding.
