masks have become second nature to me at this point, and you know what? it’s not so much what you’re doing; but why you’re doing it . poses get stuck in my brain, and I seem to reuse chunks of sequences - speed it up? You’ve got power flow - slow it down? vinyasa... - reeeeeally, really slow it down? Yin but the poses are just a small part of the practice . where is your awareness drawn? are you stuck on the fact that you’ve done this before? are you considering what holiday gift to buy? are you enjoying the music, or planning your night? is my voice driving you up the wall? . I don’t know, but you do. Yoga is about unifying of the body, mind & breath, in order to prepare for meditation or as I see it: in order to continue on with your sanity .
